L.A. NUDE 6, SUMMER 1998
Hollywood, CA - Photo Impact, a custom black & white lab and photo gallery, located in the heart of Hollywood's photo district, continues their bi-annual summer tradition: An art exhibition of photographs from Los Angeles area photographers who's work and artistry focus on the nude.
The Show
A series of saloned black & white (and this year color) nude photographs by local photographers that focus on nudes as art. This show reflects the current styles in this classic study of human form. In a town like Hollywood, you can imagine the variations in theme. Classic. Fetish. Exhibitionism. Homo-eroticism. Voyeurism. Abstract. Experimental. Experience the excitement that LA Nude VI provokes - only at Photo Impact.
The Crowd
The LA Nude series attracts over 600 people at the artists' reception. They want to see what's hot and thought provoking. What's inspiring and cutting edge. In the past, attendees have ranged from students, celebrities, art connoisseurs, gallery owners, fellow photographers, and even nudists. Look closely, even the models mingle with the crowd.
