THE FINE PRINT - TERMS & CONDITIONS

All orders over $50 require 50% deposit.

All orders under $50 require prepayment.

1. TERMS
Pre-paid, C.O.D. and open account.  To open an account, please contact our customer service
department for a credit application.  You will be notified on approval  (approximately 2 weeks
for credit verification required).  Orders over $50.00 require a 50% deposit.  All orders for
Multiple Printing must be fully pre-paid.  There is a minimum of $15.00 on all orders.

2. SCHEDULING
Service schedules in this price and service catalog are in-lab production estimates only. 
They may vary depending on our work load.  In addition, they do not include time required
for pick-up, delivery or shipping.  Rush services are available.

3. MESSENGER & SHIPPING
U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express or messenger service is available.
A surcharge for packaging and handling in addition to shipping charges:10% of the order or a 
charge of $2.50 minimum - $5.00 maximum.

4. REMAKES
In the event that a remake is required, please return all original materials including the print,
proof sheet and negatives along with a copy of the work order and clear instructions on the
corrections necessary.  Remake orders must be returned within two weeks from the original
delivery date.  Any remake is subject to a 50% charge of the original print  price.

 5. ORDERING INFORMATION
Prints from badly damaged negatives (scratched, embedded with debris, etc.) will be delivered
unspotted.  Spotting is available for such extreme cases at  $40.00/hour, $20.00 minimum.
Print orders with negatives severely over or under exposed due to improper exposure or faulty
processing will be accepted on a print regardless basis only, with the understanding that the
results will be less than normally acceptable and without the option for remakes.
Pre-payment for services is required in such cases.

No print orders accepted later than one hour before closing time.

Telephone price quotes are subject to verification when the order is placed.

Cancellations will be charged for all work completed.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Photo Impact is not responsible for orders or original materials left over 60 days.

6. REPRODUCTION OF COPYRIGHTED WORK
Photo Impact assumes that permission has been obtained from the copyright owner for
reproduction of copyrighted work.

By submitting an order with Photo Impact, you agree to hold harmless and to indemnify 
Photo Impact for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any 
claim or lawsuit against Photo Impact at the request of purchaser.

7. LIABILITY
Submitting any film, print, slide or negative to Photo Impact for processing, printing or other 
handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss by Photo Impact, even
though due to the negligence or other fault of Photo Impact, will only entitle you to
replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing.  Except for such
replacement the acceptance of the film, print, slide or negative is without other warranty or
liability, and recovery for any incidental consequential damages is excluded.  In addition,
Photo Impact assumes no liability for  loss or damage to customers supplied artwork or other
materials.
